Is IPL safe?

No, it isn't necessary to wear eye protection while using our handset. Our handsets are fitted with a sensor and will not pulse and light unless the entire window is pressed against your skin. That being said you should never try and look directly into the light as it flashes. People with Epilepsy should not use this product as the IPL has a bright flash.

Can I go swimming after IPL treatment?

Don't Swim for 24-48 Hours After Laser or IPL treatments.


Water activities, like swimming in the ocean or a pool, are a fun part of summer that you wouldn't want to miss out on. Just make sure you wait 24-48 hours after your laser treatment.

Which areas of the body can I use the IPL on?

If you would like to request a warranty claim, kindly contact customer services at Help@KetchBeauty.com and our friendly team will assist you.


To minimize back and fourth emails, please email the following to Help@KetchBeauty.com:


1.  Your name, email, or order number if different from the email you contact us from.

2. A description of the issue you are having or the reason for a replacemnt.

3. Photos of the issues, damges, etc.

4. A short video showing the issue. 

5. If your shipping address has changed since your purchase

How to Claim Your Money Back

Purchase Directly from Us: Ensure your KetchBeauty device is purchased directly from our website to qualify for our guarantee.


Use Consistently for at Least 90 Days: Use your KetchBeauty IPL device for a minimum of 90 days, completing 12 weekly treatments to allow time for visible results. You should begin seeing a reduction in hair growth and smoother skin with consistent use.


Document Your Progress with 6 Photos: Take and keep at least six photos of the area(s) you’re treating. Capture a photo before your first treatment, then every two weeks thereafter to document progress.


Submit Your Results: If, after 90 days and 12 weekly treatments, you see no visible improvement in hair reduction, email your six photos along with your order number to Return@ketchbeauty.com. Our support team is here to help with any questions, and we’ll review your application for a refund.


Return Your Device for a Refund: Once approved, you’ll return the device to our warehouse (return shipping not included), and upon receipt, we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase price.

Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of non-tracked returns.

We advises all customers placing orders outside of the United States to check with their local customs agency before placing an order. As a courtesy, we mark the value of packages sent to international locations to a near zero dollar value to offset duties fees if any should occur.
