How to claim your money back:

  1.  The Money-Back Guarantee is only valid for the KetchBeauty IPL Hair Removal handset.

  2. You must use our handset for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.
  3. You must complete at least 6 treatments, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.
  4. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us at Return@ketchbeauty.com with your order number, and we will review your application.
  5. All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
  6. ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps
  7. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
  8. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.

The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.

For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your handset or how the handset is used.

Please ensure that the detailed User Guide is thoroughly read and understood. If the handset has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.

We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.

We advise to return the handset via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.

All other KETCHBEAUTY products are warranted for 12 months from the date you receive them. Please refer to Warranty in our terms and conditions.


Warranty
Your KETCHBEAUTY product is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date you receive it. The warranty does not cover the following and is not limited to; loss, misuse, accident, alteration, servicing, use with unauthorized accessories and any other conditions beyond normal use. The KETCHBEAUTY Warranty covers the device only, The incurrence of any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. These include but are not limited to: Shipping, and Customs and Duties Tax.

Cancellations & Returns
We do not offer cancellations or refunds for orders if you change your mind but you can return your KETCHBEAUTY within 1 working day of receiving it, provided that it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Kindly contact customer services at Return@KetchBeauty.com to arrange for a returns authorization.

Package your return in a delivery parcel with the shipping address clearly displayed. Arrange for your parcel to be delivered back to us. We advise you purchase the track and trace option so that you can track it safely back to us. If your parcel is lost, destroyed or damaged in transit, your refund will not be processed. Returns may take up to 15 working days to process from when you send the parcel. You will be refunded 1-3 working days after we receive your return. All returns will incur a restocking fee of USD$50.

If the product is damaged upon arrival to you, or it is not as described, please contact us immediately at Help@KetchBeauty.com and we will organize a replacement.

Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to accept delivery of your item/s and the courier has to send it back to our warehouse, you will be charged a USD$50 restocking fee plus any other shipping related charges and refunded the remaining amount paid. If your parcel is lost, destroyed or damaged on its way back to us, your refund will not be processed.

IPL Treatment
IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light, and it is a safe and non-radiating lightwave targeting the melanin in the hair by converting light to heat to target the hair follicle. Because of this energy conversion a small percentage of customers may experience some redness and light swelling after an IPL treatment but it should subside after a few days. Some customers may also experience some brown marks which darkens and then fades after a few days. We recommend using a good quality moisturizer immediately after each treatment to keep the skin hydrated and cool, and always use a high SPF sunscreen when going outdoors. Please always consult your doctor if you are unsure if IPL treatment is right for you. People with Epilepsy should not use this product as the IPL emits a bright flash. 

Shipping and Local Destination Tax & Duties
We ship to everywhere in the world unless stated otherwise. Please note, KETCHBEAUTY has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. KETCHBEAUTY advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing the order.
