How to Claim Your Money Back

 1. Purchase Directly from Us: Ensure your KetchBeauty device is purchased directly from our website to qualify for our guarantee.

 2. Use Consistently for at Least 90 Days: Use your KetchBeauty IPL device for a minimum of 90 days, completing 12 weekly treatments to allow time for visible results. You should begin seeing a reduction in hair growth and smoother skin with consistent use.

 3. Document Your Progress with 6 Photos: Take and keep at least six photos of the area(s) you’re treating. Capture a photo before your first treatment, then every two weeks thereafter to document progress.

 4. Submit Your Results: If, after 90 days and 12 weekly treatments, you see no visible improvement in hair reduction, email your six photos along with your order number to Return@ketchbeauty.com. Our support team is here to help with any questions, and we’ll review your application for a refund.

 5. Return Your Device for a Refund: Once approved, you’ll return the device to our warehouse (return shipping not included), and upon receipt, we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase price.

The key to successful treatment is consistency—using your device as advised for the recommended period. Results depend heavily on following the treatment schedule, and we cannot control or guarantee outcomes if the handset isn’t used as directed.

Please read the detailed User Guide carefully. Refunds will not be approved if the device is not used according to instructions.

KetchBeauty reserves the right to deny a refund if the supporting evidence provided does not reasonably meet our requirements.

 

Return Process and Postage
Return shipping costs and arrangements are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of non-tracked returns.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

 

Warranty

Your KetchBeauty product includes a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers the device only and excludes any loss, misuse, accidental damage, alterations, unauthorized servicing, or use with non-approved accessories. Additional charges such as shipping, customs, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations & Returns

We do not accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns once an order is placed. However, you may return your unopened, unused KetchBeauty product within 1 working day of receiving it in its original packaging. Contact Return@KetchBeauty.com to request a return authorization.

Please package your return securely with the shipping address clearly displayed, and use a trackable delivery option for security. If your parcel is lost, damaged, or destroyed in transit, we cannot process a refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and may take up to 15 working days to process once received. Refunds are typically issued within 1-3 working days after processing.

If your item is damaged on arrival or does not match the description, please contact us immediately at Help@KetchBeauty.com for a replacement.


Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery of your item will result in a $50 restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping costs, deducted from your refund. If the parcel is lost, destroyed, or damaged while returning to us, a refund will not be issued.


IPL Treatment Information

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) safely targets hair follicles by converting light into heat, which may occasionally result in mild redness, swelling, or brown marks. These side effects are typically temporary and fade within days. We recommend moisturizing the treated area and applying SPF when outdoors. Always consult with a doctor if you have concerns or pre-existing conditions, and those with epilepsy should avoid using IPL due to the bright flashes emitted.


Shipping, Taxes & Duties

We ship worldwide, except where restrictions apply. KetchBeauty has no control over customs or import duties that may be assessed once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may cause delays. Please consult your local customs office before ordering for more information.
