Nevertheless there are circumstances that are out of our control, such as Covid-19, natural disasters, holidays, weather, or delays that our carriers experience. This is why we can not guarantee a exact delivery time.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes! Once your product is shipped you will recieve a tracking number. This may be 3-5 business days after your order is placed.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
Your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! If your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
After packages are released from customs they are transferred to your local shipping department. Unluckily, at times your tracking information will not be updated.
Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds.
