HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
KetchBeauty LLC is partnered with it's product's manufactures in based in china in order to provide you the best prices. This means that your order is shipped directly from our manufacture in China. It takes 3 - 5 business days to process payment and produce your custom orders to be shipped out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Because we ships directly from the manufacturers production warehouse in China, your item may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
There are circumstances that are out of control (Covid-19, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements.
While most packages will arrive on time which is within 2-3 weeks, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
We do ship worldwide as long as your country is not closed for importing goods.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped or handed of the airlines exported the products. Our products will only be shipped either directly from our manufactures or from our warehouse in Grapevine, TX (which is not yet fully operational).
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
Packages are chosen at random to undergo international customs clearance where your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
After packages are released from customs they are transferred to your local shipping department and often times no update is made available online to the tracking information.
Contacting Us Regarding Shipping.
If you contact us about shipping and why your tracking has not been update, we will not be able to provide additional information than what is already being provided via the tracking number. It is the shipping company's responsibility to update the tracking information.
My Tracking Number is labeled as Invalid.
