Our  (KetchBeauty's) 90-day money-back guarantee only applies to the KetchBeauty IPL Hair removal Handset

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and duty charges.
Once the product is received by KetchBeauty, a refund will be issued within 5-10 business days. Any charges incurred will be deducted from the total refund.

  1. You must complete at least 6 treatments, with treatments being 1 week apart, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.
  2. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us atcontact@ketchbeauty.com with your order number, and we will review your application.
  3. All 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
  4. ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps
  5. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded
  6. Once approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price minus shipping/handling cost (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.


KetchBeauty LLC only provides refunds for devices purchased online at Ketchbeauty.com or by any other method directly from KetchBeauty.

Cancellations
Purchase orders are processed in real-time to 24hrs, making it possible for customers to receive their KetchBerauty orders as quickly as possible, therefore cancellation is not possible after 24hrs. Please contact KetchBeauty Customer Service for return instructions.

Return Procedure
If you purchased your KetchBeauty IPL and you would like to return it, follow these simple steps:

North American and Canadian Residents:
Contact KetchBeauty Customer Service at contact@ketchbeauty.com with your order number to receive a return shipping label if your package is unopened. A return confirmation email will be sent to you followed by a return shipping label. Safely package all components/products that were included in the original order in a shipping box and affix the shipping label to the box.


Once the product is received by KetchBeauty, a refund will be issued within 5-10 business days. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund.

 

Foreign Residents:
Contact KetchBeauty Customer Service at contact@ketchbeauty.com with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and shipping address.


Safely package all components/products that were included in the original order in a shipping box and arrange to ship with an international shipper.

 KetchBeauty will not refund orders in transit. Requesting to cancel an order that has already been shipped and is in transit is consider cyber theft and is lawfully punishable. Your credit/debit/bank will refuse to process chargeback without reasonable cause. 

ketchBeauty cannot accept returns for products purchased at 3rd party retailers. If you purchased your KetchBeauty IPL from anywhere other than KetchBeauty.com you must contact the retailer directly for their return policy.

Return to sender

Orders are listed as “return to sender” in the tracking information if;

  1. The address provided at the time of checkout was insufficient
  2. The final delivering company was unable to contact you regarding your package to include customs clearance for international orders.

In either case; KetchBeauty will not be liable but may make one attempt to send a new replacement package once the buyer verifies the delivery address.

*Not all package that shows a status of “returned to sender” is retuned to KetchBeauty’s possession. 70% of packages do not have a return feature and is destroyed by the shipping company if the buyer fails to provide the correct shipping address or is unreachable for delivery confirmation.

If a buyer request a refund after a package is “returned to sender” (in cases that packages are returned) all fees to include: return shipping, customs, and fees initial shipping fees incurred by KetchBeauty will be deducted from the purchase funds.

If a package is listed as “returned to sender” and is destroyed by the shipping agencies as a default procedure and the buyer failed to provide the correct address, ketchBeauty will not issue a refund.

A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Your returned product must have a KetchBeauty Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization will be returned to sender. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a 20% handling charge will be charged.

Ensure the product is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best) in order to avoid damage during shipping. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of KetchBeauty LLC.

Refused Orders
Should you refuse to accept the delivery of your KetchBeauty device at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by KetchBeauty plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the unit and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account.
